Your completed PayPal payment will reserve your place in the course and serve as your Pre-Registration.  You will be contacted within 24 hours of payment receipt with confirmation of your enrollment.  Limited space is available.  USA Montessori is not responsible for student's inability to register for course due to courses being full, and subsequent failure to complete program in a timely manner.

The course fee for Album-Building Courses equates to USD 10.00 per week, and this fee includes all .pdf file downloads (it is the student's responsibility to print album pages if desired); mentorship by Program Director, M.A. degree-holder and AMS-trained Montessori educator; participation in online collaboration with peers and instructor; printed & mailed certificate upon completion of each individual module; diploma upon program completion.  In the event that a course becomes full, the course will be marked "FULL" above.

How Album-Building Courses Work:

At least twice weekly, .PDF files are sent to participants to be downloaded and printed.  Students compose binders with their downloaded materials, and online discussion and mentorship ensues to support the student during this process.  At the end of 14 months, the student will have not only composed a full set of 6-9 Teaching Albums, but will also be familiar with scope, sequence and delivery of lower elementary Montessori lessons as well as familiarity of materials as a result of participating in Instructor-led course discussions/projects.  Most students require 2-3 hours/week to compile albums, complete course-related work, and participate in online discussion.

The completion of the above Album-Building Courses along with completion of pre-requisite courses Peace I, Peace II, Philosophy I and Philosophy II (which can be taken concurrently with Album-Building Courses) will result in the fulfillment of  USA Montessori Lower Elementary Diploma requirements.  At the Diploma level, no internship is required.  However, an Advanced Standing is granted to those students who do complete their Elementary Diploma course requirements along with a practicum in a lower elementary classroom.

What If I Really Want to Complete This Program, But Can't Afford the Above Fees?  Academic fellowships may be available in which students are selected to "TA" Peace and Philosophy courses in lieu of paying tuition for the Album-Building courses.  This means you may be able to "work" as an assistant or provide administrative help online a few hours per week as a means of satisfying your tuition fee.  If you'd like to speak to students who are currently funding their online training via this means, please request that you be put in touch with one of our TAs.  TA Positions are first-come/first-served and tend to be competitive.  Please communicate your desire to be a TA early in your program participation.
